It can be as simple as selecting the one that works best for you and letting us take care of the rest. Of course, every event is different and every client has different needs. Starting at $225 (first 3 hours)

Although it’s true that there is an abundance of information available for brides, nothing beats sitting down with a professional face to face. For a nominal fee, you’ll get my undivided attention to discuss any and everything about your wedding. You can use this time to ask questions about planning, guest lists, traditions, or bridesmaid fashions. You may also choose to have me review your contracts, suggest vendors, help with seating charts, or do venue walk-throughs. Ultimately, the goal here would be to provide you with valuable insight, which will help you save time and money when planning.


Alternatively, if you’re a DIYer and require some help creating the perfect projects for your wedding, you can hire an expert cutter, gluer, glitterer to help you achieve your crafting goals. I’ll bring my own scissors. 🙂

This package is PERFECT for the DIY couple that has spent time meticulously planning and creating a vision for their big day. You may not have needed a planner, but you’re the most important guest at your wedding and as such you should be focused on the task at hand….getting married! With this package, you’ve done all the heavy lifting, but you’ll need someone to slide through and handle all the final details and make sure your plans are executed with top notch precision, ultimately ensuring you’ll be able to enjoy your wedding day! Services generally begin approximately 6 weeks prior to your event and will include the following:


  • Site Visit
  • Contract Review
  • Construction of Timelines for Vendors and Bridal Party
  • Assisting with the ceremony and reception programs
  • Directing the ceremony rehearsal (up to one hour)
  • Up to 10 hours with lead coordinator and 1 assistant on the wedding day
  • Serving as the point of contact on the wedding day
  • Ensuring that final payments and gratuities are taken care of
  • Unlimited Communication via Phone or Email

You can select the design package a la carte or add it on to any of our planning packages. We’ll start at the beginning by helping you envision your event. We’ll talk colors, style, themes, and the overall feel you want to evoke with the design choices. Once we’ve got a good idea of what you’d like, we’ll create a custom inspiration board to convey the mood for the event.  Next, we’ll create a design that is uniquely you by selecting elements that speak to your personalities, your theme, the occasion, and your personal preferences. It will encompass everything you love about weddings and forego all the things you can do without. Then, on the day of the event, we’ll bring it all to life in your ceremony and reception spaces.
