We’ll be working together to turn your inspiration into your real event featuring personalized elements that not only convey the theme but also showcase the personality of the host or guest of honor. Here’s a bit about what you should expect during the planning and design process.

Our Process

    First, we need to hear from you. Be sure to include what you're celebrating and the date of the event. You'll be getting a message from us shortly and at that time we'll schedule your face to face consultation. This consultation is for us to get to know one another, for you to share information about the event and to ultimately see if we make a good match. The goal is to ensure that we are both confident that SUITE14A can provide you with the event you envision.


    Yay! You've decided to book. We're all (me and you) VERY excited. Once all the necessary paperwork is completed, we'll begin to design and customize your big event. We'll work together to bring all your inspiration together and come up with a solid plan to make it a reality.


    This stage encompasses all the days between when we've finalized a design and when we've installed it at the venue you've selected. It involves a lot of collaboration, particularly with vendors, to select elements that will make your event one of a kind. Outside of necessary items, like guest lists and timelines, we can have as little or as much contact as you would like during this time.


    Now that everything is all put together and set up, it's time to party! #Cheers Depending on the package you've purchased, we'll be present for the duration of the event or we'll be back at the end to make sure everything is broken down and in proper order once the event is over.


    Every great event ends with a follow up and review. Symone will personally conduct "the wrap up" with each client following each event to ensure that everything was to their satisfaction.
