SUITE14A has quite a few inspirations. Suite was chosen because it means group. It covers a variety of services and things that we offer as a business. It also implies upgrades and fancy things and who doesn’t like upgrades and fancy things?14A stands for one(hundred) for all. It’s a reminder to us and to our clients to infuse each project with love and to give 100% to every event no matter how small the guest list.
First things first, a planner doesn’t have to be expensive and fab events aren’t exclusive to the rich and famous. However, I’d definitely describe a planner as a luxury purchase. It’s like the difference between a bag of bread at the grocers and croissants baked fresh at a French cafe. Both will make your hips wide, but one is totally worth it. There are some benefits of working with a planner that you won’t get while going the DIY route. For instance, life will not stop to help you focus on planning your event. Between all the research, calls, meetings, deal hunting, gluing, glittering and ribbon tying, sometimes making an event come together can feel like a full time job. Why not let someone who does it full time plan it? Now you’re free to focus on other things…like the perfect outfit for your big event.
Let’s face it, you can have a fun event simply by inviting the right people. But fun parties aren’t necessarily styled or planned well. A full package may not be for you, but a design or planning package may be a good idea. If you don’t need help with either of those things, the day of service is ALWAYS a good idea. Think about it, your guests have come to see YOU and celebrate your occasion. You’ll want to spend the day of your event getting cute, enjoying your event, and entertaining your guests. Worrying about if there’s enough ice at the bar, toilet paper in the bathroom, or figuring out where to seat that unexpected guest should not be a part of your day. Even planners hire a coordinator to handle the details of the day.
No, not at all. Events for one are okay. Events for two sound awesome. Whether it’s lunch with the bestie or dinner with the boo, SUITE14A is here for it. And yes, we do proposals and we’d love to help you plan one!
Yes. Of course we’d host larger events and we’ve done it before, but we prefer to max out at around 250 in order to ensure we can provide you with our very best. But hey, if you really insist on working with us and you’ve got a billion dollar budget, by all means…ball out! We won’t try to stop you. #promise

Well, the primary goal for the initial meeting is to learn a little bit about each other and to make sure we’re a good fit. We both want to walk away knowing that SUITE14A can provide you with the event you envision. We’ll each be asking and answering a lot of questions. It would be great if you could bring any pictures of things you absolutely love and any ideas you’d like to incorporate. It’s helpful in determining your style and how you envision your event.
Cities?? We travel out of state! Out of the country! Though there are some travel fees associated with overnight stays or an airline flights, the bottom line is we can be where you need us. Meanwhile, the wonderful world of technology will allow us a number of ways to communicate until we can physically be in the same space.
